1. Eligible Products

Refunds are available for the following:

  • Physical products, including fragrances

The following are not eligible for refunds:​

  • Access to third-party platforms or subscriptions not directly sold through this site

2. Conditions for Refunds

You may request a refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  • Item(s) arrived damaged

  • Item(s) are missing from the package

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us at financebros808@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide photo evidence of the issue

  • Return the product in its original packaging

  • Include all return materials that came with the order

We will cover the cost of return shipping in all approved refund cases.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or, if preferred, store credit

We will notify you via email once your return is processed and your refund has been initiated.

4. Time Limit

All refund requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery. Requests made after this window WILL NOT be eligible.

5. Exceptions

We do allow refunds for the following under the same conditions outlined above:

  • Pre-orders

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or promotional items
